BLOOD EXCHANGE-TRANSFUSION KIT, DISPOSABLE
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description as a replacement for Military Specification MIL-B-36731 which is cancelled.
This commercial item description covers a ready to use disposable blood exchange-transfusion kit suitable for use in the treatment of RH blood incompatibility and for transfusion of blood without cross infection.
Salient Characteristics:
General. The blood exchange-transfusion kit shall be furnished in a plastic tray approximately 15-1/2 inches long, 9-1/8 inches wide and 1-1/18 inches in height. The blood exchange-transfusion kit shall contain the following components as a minimum:
