Physical properties. The physical properties of the material shall be shown in table 1 below:

Style, design, and dimensions. The heels shall be in accordance with the following Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC) Drawing Numbers:

Heels shall be molded of one piece construction.
Color and marking. The color of the heels shall be the manufacturer’s commercial color except black and other floor marking colors.
Identification marking and labeling. The heels shall be legibly marked with the contractor’s name or registered trademark. Foreign manufactured heels shall bear the name of the country of origin.
Workmanship. The heels shall be free from defects which detract from their appearance or impair their serviceability.
